  • PPC Campaigns and Advertising Spend: Costs incurred through advertising campaigns, such as Pay-Per-Click (PPC) services, are non-refundable since these expenses are paid directly to third-party platforms like Amazon.
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Your name and contact information.
    • The service for which you are requesting a refund.
