- • There is a significant error or delay caused by AMZ Virtual Assistant that impacts the
results of the service.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work involved. These include but
are not limited to:
- • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable.
- • Completed Services: Once a service has been fully delivered and accepted by the
client, it is considered non-refundable.
- • PPC Campaigns & Advertising Spend: Costs incurred through advertising
campaigns, such as Pay-Per-Click (PPC) services, are non-refundable since these expenses
are paid directly to third-party platforms like Amazon.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- • Submit a Request: Send an email to info@amzvirtualassistant.com
with the
subject "Refund Request" and include:
• Your name and contact information.
• The service for which you are requesting a refund.
• A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- • Review Process: Once we receive your request, our team will review the case
within 7 business days. We may ask for additional information or documentation.
- • Response Time: You will be notified of our decision within 10 business days of
submitting your refund request.
4. Refund Outcomes
- • Full Refund: If the service was not delivered as outlined in the service
agreement, a full refund may be issued.
- • Partial Refund: If a portion of the services has been delivered or partially
completed, a partial refund may be provided.
- • No Refund: If the services were delivered as per the agreement and no
significant error is found, no refund will be issued.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the payment will be processed and credited back to your original
payment method within 10–15 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by
third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
