SCOPE OF SERVICES:
AMZ Virtual Assistant offers a range of services to help businesses succeed on Amazon, including but not limited to account management, product listing optimization, keyword research, PPC management, storefront creation, and brand-building. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
To ensure the success of our services, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested.
- Promptly respond to communications and requests for materials or information necessary for service delivery.
- Adhere to Amazon’s policies and guidelines. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from client violations of Amazon’s policies.
- Maintain their own Amazon Seller accounts and any relevant third-party services.
FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS:
- Service fees are agreed upon before commencing any project and are outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
- Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule, typically 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may incur additional fees, and services may be suspended until full payment is received.
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
- AMZ Virtual Assistant acknowledges that, during the course of providing services, we may have access to sensitive information such as business data, strategies, product details, or other confidential information. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
- All content created, such as product listings, graphics, and marketing materials, remains the property of the client, except for proprietary tools or systems developed by AMZ Virtual Assistant.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, AMZ Virtual Assistant will not be held liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Any loss of sales, profits, or revenue as a result of Amazon’s actions, policy changes, or marketplace issues beyond our control.
- Any outcomes related to changes in Amazon algorithms, platform rules, or marketplace conditions.
Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services in question.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination:
- Clients will be required to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up until the termination date.
- AMZ Virtual Assistant reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice if the client violates Amazon’s policies or fails to make timely payments.
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Legal Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
